A gorgeously soft and comfy jacket, that is a one-of-a-kind upcycled piece :) I shortened the garment to this (below the waist) length to create a boxy, slightly oversized look.
I then added blue butterfly print satin to the collar and the back of the jacket, in the form of a giant butterfly appliqué patch, complete with hand sewn buttons for the antennas!
The satin sections are overlocked and zig zag stitched on securely, while the back stitching is hidden by the lining inside.
All blufruit pieces are sewn securely, however a hand wash is always recommended to enjoy long-lasting wear.
