It's fit can be adjusted with the ties -one of which goes through a reinforced hole in the side seam- and wrapped around the waist more than once.
The V-neck also sits quite high on this piece and the sleeves are deliberately wide in design, (similar to a kimono) while the back panels are a contrasting plain light blue.
